The Oceanic Sytems 3175 USB to CAN Adaptor provides a means for monitoring, configuration and error checking devices over the NMEA2000® network

The unit is powered over USB and is galvanically isolated from the NMEA2000® Network.

The unit is designed for use with Oceanic Systems Puma Software allowing for easy and quick configuration of Oceanic Systems Devices.

The USB to CAN adpater can also be used stand alone with Windows and Linux drivers.

Connections to the unit involve a USB Type-A connection to the PC and a NMEA2000® drop cable to the CAN network.

The unit converts USB messages into 250kbit/s CAN frames to adhere to the NMEA2000® standard.
