Solder wires to PCB and insert cable tie into position see pic below

Select device programming on Atmel Flip and load hex file required.

The device will program ensure all operation flows are green.

Select Monex 3.10 Select Prod info and set serial number.

Apply glue to LED's on board

Insert PCB into casing ensure it sits under the four taps, Tighten cable tie in position and insert yellow button. insert side panels into place (cut to size on cable side)

click the rest of the casing partially into place then insert front panel. Then insert sping into orange slider switch and click everything into place,

Label unit with required labels and print Data sheet (no manual for this unit)

Use a RPT112 box and a 200374 insert
