4291/4925 Build Instructions.
Programming.
Connect unit to programming device.
- Select STM32CubeProgrammer
- Connect to Unit
- Select Device programming
- Browse and select the S:/Code/Production/4291/4291bootloader
* Click Start Programming Making sure all the checked boxes are correct
You can now disconnect the unit, if programming unsucessful, erase the device memory and try again.
- Open Monex and click 'Get Serial' and 'GetProdInfo', you should see the following
- Go to the Programming tab and match the device instance to the Target Select
- Click on 4291 and the Reprogram on the pop-up
- Select S:/Code/Production/4291/4291
- The Device should start programming and should 'PASS', and Reboot to Application Code
- Go Back to Device Info Tab and check that Model ID now shows as 4-20mA Tank Level Adapter
Test Procedure
• All tests should be carried out at room temperature unless specified otherwise.
• All tests should be performed fully and in specified order.
• At the start of testing DUT has to be in default configuration state.
===== Calibrating Sender without Hydrostatic Sensor =====
TEST EQUIPMENT USED
- 4291 Sender
- Flat Head Screwdriver
- 4-20mA Test Unit
- NMEA Network
- Magnet
Step 1
Step 2
- Begin by Empty Calibrating the Sender, do this by setting the Test box to 0 and Left Hex Switch to 'E' and pressing a magnet to the unit in the shown location - The blue Led will stay on for 2.5 seconds if carried out correctly.
Step 3
* Follow by Full Calibrating the Sender, do this by setting the Test Box to 100 and the Left Hex Switch to 'F' and pressing a magnet to the unit in the shown location - The blue Led will stay on for 2.5 seconds if carried out correctly.
Step 4
- Open Monex and check that the fuel level shown matches the values below
Test Box 100 = 100% fuel
Test Box 50 = approximately 65% fuel
Test Box 0 = 0% fuel
Step 5
* Now Cycle Through values 0-7 on the left switch and check if they match the Fluid Type on Monex (Shown below the fluid level Bar Graph)
0 = Fuel
1 = Fresh
2 = Grey
3 = Live Well
4 = Oil
5 = Black
6 = Gasoline
7 = Rsvd
=== Step 6 === * Now Cycle Through values 0-F on the right switch and check if the value matches the Device Instance on Monex

- Select 4291
- Select PDF's.
- Select 4291 user manual and print.
Label Printing Instructions
- Choose labels required
- Select (LabelDirect)
- Close (Pop Up)
- Go to file-open
- Select - Parts documents
- Select - 4291
- Select - Labels
- Select - UL_4291_A-2.0.4
- Highlight Serial number and change in Text box.
- Go to Incrementing number Properties and change serial number.
- Go to file -Print Setup
- Select bradyBBP11-34L(copy 1) and select Calibrate.
- label will calibrate.
