Tools: required
- 5mm long drive socket + driver
- T10 Torque security bit
- 17mm spanner
Programming Instructions
Connect unit to programming device.
- Select STM32CubeProgrammer
- Connect to Unit
- Select Device programming
- Browse and select the S:/Code/Production/4410/4410Bootloader
* Click Start Programming Making sure all the checked boxes are correct
You can now disconnect the unit, if programming unsucessful, erase the device memory and try again.
- Open Monex and click 'Get Serial' and 'GetProdInfo', you should see the following
- Go to the Programming tab and match the device instance to the Target Select
- Click on 4410 and the Reprogram on the pop-up
- Select S:/Code/Production/4410/4410-3.0.0
- The Device should start programming and should 'PASS', and Reboot to Application Code
- Go Back to Device Info Tab and check that Model ID now shows as Switch Input Module
Test Procedure
Connect the CAN to the CAN chassis plug on the logic board as shown in picture and power with 30V, place a +30 volt power supply into pins 1 and 2 of the terminal block connector - the LED should light green indicating power is on..
Test all inputs one by one using the probe and monitoring the output in the test program, the voltage applied to each input should also be +30V. Also make sure that each input LED, alongside the software test program output changing.
Assembly Instructions
Fit 4 x 201073 through the four holes located in each corner of 201030 – use washer 201119 underneath to prevent rattling (if required)
Screw 4 x 201076 onto the 4 x 201074.
Place the board 10258-B in to the housing 201030 Remove rubber grommet and nut from PL1 and replace with shim washer x 8 203017.
Screw 201077 onto 201073 using the With a Torque Vario tool and the 5mm long socket securing the board to the 201030 housing. Taking time to align the two switches SW1 & 2 200591 with the top cover.
Once all 201077 have been screwed on to 201073 place the rear cover 201029 on to the unit. Place the cover 201029 on to the unit and screw down with 201074 making sure the countersunk holes are facing outwards towards you.
Add nut to M12 connector and tighten- use 203017 Washer underneath.
Once the backing plate is secured, place the Oceanic Systems product description and serial number Label onto the unit side panel square and central as per picture.

- Select 4410 user manual and print.
Label Printing Instructions
- Choose labels required
- Select (LabelDirect)
- Close (Pop Up)
- Go to file-open
- Select - Parts documents
- Select - 4410
- Select - Labels
- Select - UL_4410 or for (princess) 729167
- Highlight Serial number and change in Text box.
- Go to Incrementing number Properties and change serial number.
- Go to file -Print Setup
- Select bradyBBP11-34L(copy 1) and select Calibrate.
- label will calibrate.
