4411 Build instructions
The 4411 assembly contains components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD) – please make sure you are wearing your wrist strap when handling.
Bill of Materials required
- 201116 - Wire 22AWG yellow UL1015 7/0.25mm 2.39mm OD QTY PER = 8 X 8 CM
- 201117 - Wire 22AWG violet UL1015 7/0.25mm 2.39mm OD QTY PER= 1 X 8 CM
- 200438 - Resistor 820R Axial 1% 350V 500mW carbon film QTY PER = 8
- 203141 - Heat shrink Tubing Normal Wall 2:1 Black 4.80mm 100m QTY PER = 9 X 4CM
- 201096 - Heatshrink -sleeving Adhesive lined 3:1 Black 10m QTY PER = 1 X 45 MM
- 200337 - Label 45mm x 15mm Metallic QTY PER = 2
Step 1.
Solder one end of 8 of Resistors to 22AWG Yellow wire, cover resistor and solder joint with sleeving see pic below.
Step 2.
Twist other ends of resistors together and solder to 22AWG Violet wire see pics below.
Step 3.
Cover Resistors with Heatshrink, use heat gun to Secure see pic below.
Step 4.
Add 200337 45mm x 15mm Metallic Silver Polyester label to assy and Package with installation instructions.
Label unit with serial number, ensure label is secured onto cable.
Insert Data sheet into the back of the blister pack and label as shown in picture below
