 +Once you are satisfied the correct Hex file has been selected and loaded successfully you can then proceed to program the J1939 to NMEA2000 adaptor.

 +**Keep an eye on the console output window for feedback on how the programming procedure is running.

 +At the end of the programming procedure you will be greeted with a Programming/Verify complete message.

 +Select the test equipment from the shelf

 +Get this test equipment from the shelf
 +Using test lead, fit 3x wires
 +White / black / blue
 +
 +Connect the J1939 simulator
 +Note –you will require 3 cables from the network to do the test,

 +Once this is connected, the green LED will also flash rapidly.

 +Check the up / down buttons, as long as the values change the unit is ok.

 +This completed programming and test.

 +Add 4x 200943 spacers to existing studs in metalwork.

 +Place the board 10262 in to the housing. Remove the rubber grommet and nut from PL1.

 +Screw 201485 onto studs using the 5mm long socket securing the board to the housing.
 +Taking time to align the two switches with the top cover.

 +Place the rear cover 201030 on to the unit and screw down using screw 201074 making sure the countersunk holes are facing outwards towards you.

 +Once the backing plate is secured, place the Oceanic Systems product description and serial number sticker onto the unit side panel square and central as shown.
