Connect the unit to 24V NMEA power as shown

Connect the STM32 Programmer to the unit as shown

Open STM32 Programmer and go into the programming tab

Select the 'File Path' to be S:/Code/Production/3501/3501Bootloader

Click “Connect” in the top right corner and make sure all the boxes are checked as shown below and click “Start Programming”

You can now remove the STM32 programmer from the PCB, the Blue LED should be solid blue.

Now Open Monex Software (found in S:/Code/Published PC Programs/Monex3

On the Device Info Tab click, 'Get Serial' and 'Get PodInfo', you should see the following:

The device will program ensure all operation flows are green.

Select Monex 3.10 Select Prod info and set serial number.

• Go to level transmit controls and change Instance to A B and C

• Click transmit to standby and change fuel levels to check function

LED 3, 4 and 5 should blink green Click water and fuel LED 3, 4 and 5 should blink red. Change instance to D, E and F

LED 3, 4 and 5 should be solid red and 6, 7 and 8 inactive. Click water and fuel again LED 6, 7 and 8 should blink green.

Apply glue to LED's on board

Insert PCB into casing ensure it sits under the four taps, Tighten cable tie in position and insert yellow button. insert side panels into place (cut to size on cable side)

click the rest of the casing partially into place then insert front panel. Then insert sping into orange slider switch and click everything into place,

Test switch control on monex and check all information. Label unit with required labels and print Data sheet (no manual for this unit)

Use a RPT112 box and a 200374 insert
