Tools: required
- 5mm long drive socket + driver
- T10 Torque security bit
- 17mm spanner
Programming Instructions
- Select Atmel Studio 6.2 on production PC
- Connect USB white SAM AVR module in to the middle connector on PC.
- Select OK until the program is loaded this takes a few minutes.
- Select TOOL on the menu bar then ‘Device programming’
- Select ‘Apply’ Select ‘Read’ and clock speed is set to 64 hertz .
- Then press ‘Set’ the read registers should all read ‘OK’
This part of the test needs to be done using the correct software from the screen shots, which is found at S/parts docs/4410/software loading/4410 software (SEE BELOW)
Using the screen shots select ‘Fuses’ .Then match your inputs to the screen shot inputs. Then select ‘program’. The read registers should still read ok.
Select ‘Memories’ select correct software and version, using the drop down menu (…), match your inputs with the screen shots and then select ‘program’ the read register should read ‘OK’ Close program and proceed with build.
Test Procedure
Connect the CAN to the CAN chassis plug on the logic board as shown in picture, place a +12 or +24 volt power supply into pins 1 and 2 of the terminal block connector.
Assembly Instructions
Fit 4 x 201073 through the four holes located in each corner of 201030 – use washer 201119 underneath to prevent rattling (if required)
Screw 4 x 201076 onto the 4 x 201074.
Place the board 10258-B in to the housing 201030 Remove rubber grommet and nut from PL1 and replace with shim washer x 5 203017.
