Select lower back cover (203390-C and place tape in position as shown in picture. Then using a small file, modify the cut out holes to suit the PCB. Mark the corners of the cut out as seen in pictures below
Select 10851-B touch PCB, cut 4 x square pieces of foam tape and place in position on either end of the board See pictures below.

Stick down Touch board into position as shown in picture above.
Next stage, Select PCB's (10292-C) This is built in production. along with the 203160 AD board (this board comes with the kit) Screw into position shown in picture below
Now insert Touch button to dimmer cable (10528) see pic below.
Insert PSU to video card cables (10863) see pic below.
Next stage is to assemble connector, using 150 mm of (200584) Place sleeves over red and black wire and solder both wires into position, see pic below.
Solder red and black wire from Connector assembly to the board see picture below.
Strip and tin around 3mm of the red and black wires connected to the TFT, then place about 30mm of sleeving into position, see pic below.
Place AD board to TFT cable assy (203847) into position.
Solder TFT cable to PSU video card cable (10863) adding heat shrink, see pictures below.

Modify cable assembly (203687), at the connector end of the cable cut to about 65mm, see pic below.
Then Modify (10866) cable assembly cut the small connector of one end.
Add heat shrink in place. See Pictures below.
Then twist them together and solder the wires adding heatshrink to the individual joints. see pic below.

Peel off adhesive backing see picture below
Place connector into position from the (203847 cable assembly) see pics below.
This is now ready for Programming see information and pics .
- Select Atmel studio
- Select device programming
- Select device and target voltage and click read.
- Select Fuses
- Tick high spein
- Select Boot flash size (2048 words boot address=7800
- Tick HIGH.BOOTRST
- Select LOW.SUT_CKSEL
- Select the last option
- Select memories
- Select S:\Code\Production\51xx Poseidon Displays\203090-v1.0.0.hex
- Select program
Connect all cables and it is now ready for testing
Check voltages see pics below.
Now check Touch button functions see pics below.
Using the glue gun place a small amount of glue on connectors in positions highlighted in pics below. Then place cable clips into position.
Insert connector into position and tighten with correct spanner see pic below.
Connect leads ready for testing, see pic below.
Connect to laptop and check touch screen functions correctly and picture quality is in good working order, see pics below.
Repeat function test as above.
Now in the clean room, clean the screen ready for silicone.
Leave to cure overnight, check for holes, clean off any residue.
Select label required and record serial number data.
Print manuals and check details, select all products to go with screen.

Wrap screen in bubble wrap, (being careful not to over wrap the ends) this will obstruct the foam inserts.

Finally fit labels in place on the final packaging see pic below.
