5115 Build Instructions
The 5115 PCB assembly contains components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD) – please make sure you are wearing your wrist strap when handling.
Using a File, modify the corners of the lower rear cover (203391). Identify with white marker see picture below.
Ensure all debris has been removed.
Modify Power connector (203208)
Remove power connector and turn 180 degrees,
ensure the + and – are in the correct position.
Place heat shrink on cable (200584) and solder red and black wire to power connector (202433) on
power PCB (10293-A) then heat shrink cable. See
pic.
Lightly De-burr 10851- B PCB and Use thin double sided tape on each end to hold in place, see pics below. Ensure all three pads have been modified.
